We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Peninsular Malaysia): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: RM7 for orders below RM100.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders above RM100.

  • Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is made.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo evidence. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
