Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make every shopping experience with us a positive one. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model or variation)

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind once an item is shipped.

Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) must be provided

  • Items must be returned to our designated return address using a tracked courier service

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or modification

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Personal care, hygiene-related, or consumable items

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at garnetluxe@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address

  3. Send the item back using a tracked courier service

  4. After inspecting the item, a refund (minus shipping, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping

  • For other approved returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    If
    your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
    In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item,
    in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Custom or Special Orders:
    Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
