Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help with a simple exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged during delivery

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, color, or model)

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless proven defective)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Exchange Process

  2. Wait for our team to approve the request and provide return instructions

  3. Return the item using a tracked courier service

  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item within 3–5 working days

Shipping Cost for Exchange

  • If the mistake is on our end (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return and re-shipping costs

  • If the exchange is requested for other reasons, customers are responsible for all related shipping fees
